Cruisin’ Destination Daytona
Just Keeps Getting Bigger & Better

The weather was hot, but that did not slow down the action at
the third monthly Cruisin’ Destination Daytona event.
Participants and spectators alike turned out in record numbers
to enjoy all of the festivities going on at Bruce Rossmeyer’s
Destination Daytona
As the facility continues to expand more and more activities are
available. To go along with the other food and drink
establishments available, the ‘new’ Daytona Pig Stand restaurant
was open for business and received good reviews from the many
that checked out the eatery. The DJ spun old time rock and roll,
door prizes were distributed, the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Pageant
was held and the large crowd just soaked it all in.
We noticed rods and customs from the Tampa area, Jacksonville,
Melbourne, etc. Obviously the word is out that Cruisin’
Destination Daytona is the place to be on the third Saturday
evening of every month. And with the Harley Davidson Hotel
right on the premises you can make it a week end destination.
The event is co-sponsored by the Right Coast Association, who
has plans to host a National Car Show at the facility in 2007, and
Mickey Lauria’s Total Performance, Inc. who plans to open a Total
Performance, Inc. facility in the area in the Fall.
Destination Daytona is conveniently located in Ormond Beach off
of I-95 at US1. Cruisin’ Destination Daytona is held the third
Saturday of each month from 6 until 9. For information call
