For a little something different we got a 2.4 liter Pontiac Solstice four banger with a 5 speed
gear box from Nordstrom's Factory Performance in Garretson, SD. They have a wide variety of
motors with low or no miles. They send the motor with all the wiring in place for the computer.

Again Tucci Hot Rods in Marcy, NY is building the project. Dave Tucci and his very
talented staff will pull out all stops to have the car rolling for the Syracuse Nationals in July.

Coil overs from Alden Shock Absorber in Carson, CA. will give the "T" a nice ride.
Panard bar will go on next.

Third generation fabricator, Dom Tucci, of Tucci Hot Rods puts the
finishing touches on the rear radius mounts.

Rear bulkhead and floor "boards " are installed using 3/4" marine plywood.

With quality pipes, bends, cone and baffle from Cone Engineering
the staff at Tucci Hot Rods builds a unique exhaust system.









Stainless steel wool wrapped around the baffle should take a "little" bark
our of the four banger.



Aluminum cermaic coating from Central CT Coatings, East Hartford, CT
is next for this slick header/exhaust system.


Subframe for the nose and radiator mount.






Four wheel power disc brakes from Wilwood Engineering will bring the T to a sage stop.


Transmission and drive shaft tunnel under condtruction.





Front shock mount fabricated to work with the track style nose.

Dave Tucci mocked up the gas tank out of cardboard. Ryan DenHaese
of RD Fabs of Jordan, NY will build the tank the tank using 14 ga. stainless.


Cast aluminum grill needs some smoothing before paint.

Jason Lounsbury of Tucci Hot Rods cuts the final hole in the side panel for the headers.

Next comes the leather straps and buckles that will secure the hood
and give the "T" that nostalgia look.
