I really want to try this event again in 2007 but I need people to commit in advance in order for me to give it another shot. In other words, we lost a boat load of money last timeand we can't lost that much money again. Unfortunatly business is business. I've had a lot of people ask me about it. Where was everybody last year?!? We had a kick ass time and the drivers got lots of seat time. The east coast needs events like this to get some respect and corporate support from the industry.    Report

And i'm not trying to put anyone down, its just i don't think the advertising was good enough. With something new, you always have to explain it to people. I'm sure there was a bunch of people thinking "i can't drift my fwd car". Its a great idea. And i'm sure eventually it will work. Also June isn't a good time. I need to find some sponsors who are willing to take a chance on the event so I have a larger advertising budget. Although the ads work good for spectators they don't really have enough detail to explain the event. Maybe I'll just tweak the event a little too. Not sure, but I want to try it again for '07.    Report
